My practice emphasizes Rational Living Therapy (RLT), a goal-oriented and nonjudgmental form of CBT. Unlike traditional CBT, RLT teaches self-counseling skills to help clients manage emotional upsets independently, ensuring they continue to thrive long after therapy ends.
I also integrate optional hypnotherapy to address and reframe past traumatic experiences, speeding up the healing process.

No, hypnotherapy is optional and used only if you’re comfortable with it.
Yes, I accept Medicaid (Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health, Molina, Presbyterian) and commercial insurances United Healthcare (Optum), Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Mexico, Presbyterian Health Plan, Cigna, and Molina.
Self-pay sessions are $100 per hour. If you use insurance, your cost will depend on your copay or deductible.
