Early in my career, I saw too many clients lose hope because they weren’t receiving the personalized care they deserved. I realized there was a better way—a way to help clients not just feel better temporarily but truly get better.
That’s why I developed a trauma-focused approach that blends evidence-based therapy with compassionate care. I’m committed to helping my clients find freedom from their past, joy in their present, and hope for their future.

My Qualifications and Experience
With nearly two decades of experience in mental health, I bring a deep understanding of the complexities of trauma, addiction, and emotional challenges.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from Eastern New Mexico University (1997) and a master’s degree in counseling from New Mexico Highlands University (2006).
Specialized Training: Certified in Rational Living Therapy (RLT), a goal-oriented form of CBT. I hold diplomat status with the National Association of Cognitive Therapy.
Hypnotherapy Expertise: Trained in hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and Neurolinguistic Programming, I use these tools to help clients achieve faster, lasting results.
My extensive experience has taught me that every client’s journey is unique, and I’m here to guide you through yours.
